A very smooth fruity drink: the Banana mango smoothie. Very simple to make, in 5 minutes flat, with only 4 ingredients! Banana, mango combined in a perfect drink to satisfy a little fruit craving.

To prepare this mango banana smoothie, you will only need a blender. That's it! The dose presented here will allow you to prepare 2 glasses. I do not advise you to prepare it in advance but rather to do it at the last moment, just before tasting. This helps to keep all the vitamins in the fruit.

How to prepare this mango banana smoothie?

We start by cutting the fruits : banana and mango. Then pour them directly into the blender bowl. Then add the vanilla sugar (or agave syrup). Do not add too much sugar if your fruits are already very ripe.

All that remains is to pour in the vegetable milk. Coconut milk for example is ideal because its flavor goes very well with that of banana and mango. For a freshness effect, you can add crushed ice.

We mix everything and we pour this mango banana smoothie in two glasses, before tasting!

Ingredients 
  • Half a banana
  • Half of a mango
  • 0,5 packet of vanilla sugar or a little agave syrup
  • 20 cl vegetable milk of your choice coconut or almonds for example
  • Optional: crushed ice
Prepare in advance 
  • Cut the banana into slices and the mango into small cubes.
  • Pour the fruit into the bowl of a blender, adding the vanilla sugar and the vegetable milk.
  • At this stage, you can also add crushed ice for a 'freshness' effect (optional).
  • Turn on the blender until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Enjoy quickly to benefit from all the vitamins!

    For Laurette82: you can perfectly use a hand blender to make milkshakes or smoothies (the trick is to put enough liquid - water, milk... so that the hand blender can properly grind and homogenize the ingredients. For slightly harder fruits (or vegetables) (e.g. green apple, celery stick... you must first cut the fruit into small pieces).
