Terribly greedy this White chocolate blondie ! A recipe that changes the classic brownie since the flavor of dark chocolate is replaced by a mixture of brown sugar and white chocolate.
How to prepare a blondie?
Ingredients: it's very simple. It's basic ingredients that you already have at home (flour, yeast, butter, egg). For the sugar, opt for brown sugar. If you want, you can also modify the recipe by replacing part of the brown sugar with whole sugar (the flavor will be more caramel).
For white chocolate, if you can, go for a quality chocolate like Callebaut or Valrhona. They are less sweet than the one in the supermarket.
Once you have prepared the dough, pour it into a square mold, so that you can then cut pretty small pieces.
I added a dark chocolate glaze on top, because I like the combination of the two. If you prefer, you can also add dark chocolate chips just before baking!
As you will have understood, it is really easy and quick to do this White chocolate blondie ! You can also adapt it to your preferences: by serving it with fresh fruit, flaked almonds...
If this blondie recipe tempts you, I bet these will tempt you too: this Blondie raspberries white chocolate And this White chocolate cheesecake !

- 120 g light brown sugar
- 120 g softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- 1 cc baking powder
- 150 g white chocolate pastry
- 100 g dark chocolate pastry (for the topping)
- 1 cs water
- 1 hazelnut butter
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Mix the brown sugar with the soft butter until a creamy texture is obtained.
- Add whole eggs (one at a time). Mix well. Gradually incorporate the flour and baking powder.
- Make the white chocolate chips or "chunks" by roughly crushing the white pastry chocolate. Then add them to the preparation.
- Butter and flour a square mold (about 20cm per side) and pour the dough.
- Bake for about 20 minutes (adapt according to your oven and according to your cooking wishes - more or less tender). Let cool and cut into squares.
- Prepare the chocolate topping by melting the dark chocolate pastry and hot water. Mix well and add a knob of butter so that the texture is smooth.
- Pour into a squeeze-tipped squeeze bottle (or just use a spoon) to zig-zag the blondies.

I have never tested the white version, I will think about it next time. It could be very nice in terms of presentation to offer both. :)
I love it!!! super delicious, I have to try a raspberry blondie version this month...
I don't really like white chocolate in general, but in a blondie I think it could work, I really like your photos!
The tiger effect is TOP
Oulalla, a very tasty recipe but which arouses my curiosity!

Your recipes are always very well explained! Baking is a pleasure!!
I would like to make this for my grandson but we just discovered that he has a slight lactose intolerance! What could I replace the butter with in this recipe?
Thank you very much and have a nice day!!
Hello Sonia, butter contains almost no lactose and is too important here to replace. I have no other option to offer you... See you soon :)
I really like this recipe, especially with white chocolate.
Super recipe, well done for the presentation and the photos which are magnificent.
I keep it aside!
I made one with dried strawberries a month ago, it was amazing. It really tastes amazing!
Tried it today! Not bad at all... Although a little too sweet for my taste! I added pistachios for crunch!
I tried your recipe, it's a real treat. I didn't know blondies, but I'm under their spell. I just added nuts and vanilla extract. I love your blog and your pretty photos. Magnificent. I reposted your recipe on my blog with a link to yours. You can see your recipe, if you want, here: http://girlyanddelicious.over-blog.com/2014/06/blondie-aux-chocolat-blanc-et-noix.html

Good Sunday
Excellent recipe, tested and approved by my guests yesterday. Instead of the chocolate topping, I sprinkled the cake with flaked almonds. To be repeated!
Thanks for your recipe, a great success where I took the dessert last night... :)
