Double Chocolate Muffins

Small chocolate muffins for a snack, a sure bet, right? And when they come with big chocolate chips inside, it's even better!

The result is perfectly soft! And the nuggets, what am I saying, the "chunks" (!) are very tasty in the mouth.

A muffin that goes perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee...

Consume still lukewarm for more flavor!

Recipe for 12 muffins:

- Mix 50g of soft butter with 100g of caster sugar.

- Melt 80g of dark dessert chocolate in a bain-marie, then add to the previous mixture.

- Add 2 whole eggs and 10cl of milk, mix well.

- Preheat the oven to 180°.

- Separately, mix 200g of flour, 2 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt.

- Gradually add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture.

- Finish by adding 50g of chocolate chips (do not crush the chocolate too much to obtain large pieces, called 'chunks').

- Pour the dough into paper cases and bake for 15 minutes.

To be served lukewarm!
