Creamy and gourmet, with the famous taste of Fallow Deer ...
Suede tiramisu - Lilie Bakery

Attention all deer lovers... These Deer Tiramisu should please you a lot! How can you not succumb to the chocolate caramel flavor of these Swedish candies? In a creamy tiramisu, the combination is perfect...

Le Tiramisu, it really is the ideal dessert: it is prepared quickly and easily. The result is always there and what's more it comes in lots of different flavors!

How to make these Tiramisu aux Daims?

The basis of this recipe is a fine tiramisu creamy mascarpone. I kept the coffee side to quickly dip ladyfingers in it but if you don't like coffee you can do without.

The originality comes from the Daims, these small chocolate-caramel candies added to the recipe. I melted them with cream, which created a deer cream ! It is this cream that coats the sponge fingers in the tiramisu.

Finally for the decor, I mixed additional Daims. You can also add pieces of Daims inside for the crisp.
