Granola "Booster"

Full of good things from breakfast!

Breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day. I can spend time preparing it because I love eating it (hello morning stomach on legs!).

On the program, depending on the morning: squeezed fruit juice or smoothie, pastries, dairy products, coffee, and often muesli or granola!

Granola... Muesli... But what's the difference exactly?

These are two similar mixtures (oat flakes, rye or other), nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts...), fruits (fresh or dried) etc. However, muesli is eaten as is, therefore raw. Granola, on the other hand, is baked in the oven on a baking sheet drizzled with a sweet and oily binder, which will give it crunchiness.

My "booster" granola is packed with benefits for the whole family: antioxidants, beta-carotene, vitamin C with Goji berries, magnesium and protein thanks to pumpkin seeds, fiber and omega 3 thanks to Chia seeds. All this for breakfast!

So here is the step-by-step guide to making it at home...

Hello, your granola is very nice. Do you have any ideas on what I could replace the almonds with? I am actually allergic to nuts? Thanks in advance. Have a nice day ;-)

Hello Jenny, in this case, you can bet on several dried / fresh fruits to make your mixture, it will be just a little less crunchy. You can also add chocolate chips for more indulgence! See you soon

    This müesli looks delicious!

  4. Hello, I'm discovering the block, superb! I just have a small criticism to make for the granola which looks delicious!! By cooking it at such a temperature we remove a lot of vitamins and minerals and it's a shame. To avoid this we cook longer at a low temperature or better, in the dehydrator!
    Thanks for these recipes :)
