A dessert that takes us right back to childhood: the Kinder Tiramisu Inside, you'll find a decadent Kinder ganache, soft ladyfingers, and a very easy-to-make mascarpone mousse. A delightful recipe that will please the whole family.
What you will like with this recipe
- flavors : the unique taste of Kinder mixed with a mascarpone mousse...
- textures : it's very soft and moist, with a soft texture provided by the biscuits.
- difficulty level These Kinder tiramisu are easy to make. In terms of equipment, you'll need something to whip the cream into chantilly. And glasses to serve them in for dessert!

The choice of ingredients
- Children : I choose the normal size (not Maxi) at the supermarket.
- Ladyfingers I use these instead of ladyfingers because they're much softer. They're better for tiramisu.
- Eggs : here no egg whites, only the yolk used to add creaminess.
How to make a Kinder tiramisu?
- Heat the cream and add the Children
- Smooth and let cool
- whip the egg yolks and the sugar
- Add the mascarpone
- Apart, whip the cream in whipped cream
- To incorporate to the previous mixture
- Quickly pass the ladyfingers in the milk
- Do mounting
- Refrigerate before serving!
NB: the complete list of ingredients and the detailed recipe are given at the bottom of the page.

My tips for making a perfect Kinder tiramisu
- Gently fold in the whipped cream in the mascarpone mixture: I use a maryse/spatula to maintain the airy effect.
- At time soak the ladyfingers in the milkDo it quickly so they don't get too wet.
- Use a piping bag to fill with mascarpone mixture: this allows you to go faster, and avoid making a mess!
How to store Kinder tiramisu?
This Kinder tiramisu can be stored up to 2 days in the refrigeratorNot beyond that, as it contains uncooked egg yolks. I advise you to add them under glass dome to prevent them from absorbing odors from the fridge.

- 19 Kinder® Classics (not Maxi)
- 120 g heavy whipping cream 30%
- 3 egg yolks
- 60 g granulated sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g heavy whipping cream 30%
- 20 spoon biscuits
- A little milk for soaking the biscuits
- Decoration: bitter cocoa + Kinder®
- Heat the cream in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add the Kinder chocolates. Let them melt, then stir until smooth. Let cool until ready to assemble.
- Whisk the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until the mixture turns white.
- Add the mascarpone and beat everything together until you get a smooth consistency.
- Separately, whip the very cold liquid cream into whipped cream.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture using a spatula to maintain its airy texture. Transfer to a piping bag for easier decorating (optional).
- Quickly dip a ladyfinger biscuit in the milk before placing it at the bottom of the glass. You will probably need to break it to adjust the amount.
- Spread a layer of Kinder ganache. Note: the thicker the layer, the stronger the Kinder flavor (and therefore the sweeter the result) will be.
- Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill with the mascarpone mixture.
- Repeat a second time: ladyfinger biscuit soaked in milk, Kinder ganache then mascarpone mixture.
- Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder, and place a Kinder chocolate on top for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to fully develop.

Thank you for this delicious sharing, I revisited it a little since I realized a little late that my mascarpone was good for the trash, so I replaced it with a very firm whipped cream, the result was airy!
Thanks again !
Hello, it is rather firm, but for it to soften, you have to take them out at room temperature earlier before tasting. See you soon
Hello, so just to explain my recipe, you have to dip the cookies into a mix of milk and cocoa powder, then you put them directly in the glass, you pour kinder cream on them, and you finish with the mascarpone. You keep them in the fridge before serving. I hope it sounds easier now :-)
Okay, thank you! This helps a lot!
Hello, I use 24 Kinders, melting them with the cream will quickly create a sort of creamy ganache, perfect for coating the bottom of glasses. See you soon!
Hello, liquid cream = whipping cream in the milk department. @ soon
Hello, these are the classic boudoirs, @ soon.
Hello, you can coat your ladyfingers a little more next time, so that you can use more cream or make my recipe in larger glasses. The ladyfingers are dipped in the milk-chocolate mixture then topped with Kinder cream. @ soon

Hello Tiphaine, I think the result will be liquid, since the quantity of cream was multiplied by 10 in your preparation... With the rest of the cream, you can make very simple verrines to which you add a little crunch on top: chocolate muesli/granola for example. See you soon :)
Thank you Elodie for your feedback! See you soon :)
