Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Using a brush, spread a thin layer of milk chocolate in the indentations of a silicone tablet mold (see my equipment above). Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Add the puffed wheat. Mix to obtain a smooth paste.
Place this filling in the chocolate molds, packing well. Put back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt the remaining milk chocolate. Cover the cooled fillings with the remaining chocolate, using a brush (for a thinner layer) or a spatula (for a thicker layer).
Place in the refrigerator for about an hour before unmolding and eating.
Notes
These homemade Kinder Country can be stored up to 4 days in the refrigerator, in an airtight container. It’s a great idea for a gourmet gift, think about it!
